Our policy is 14 days. Once 14 days have passed since delivery, we regret we cannot offer a refund or exchange on your order.
Due to the nature of the product, we unfortunately cannot cancel or return custom orders. We only offer replacements.
Returning a product for a refund
It is of course possible to return a product for a refund. To return an order, you must first submit a return request by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requirements for a full refund of the product:
You have a 14-day approval period. You may be eligible for a credit if you submit a return request within 14 days.
The product must not have been used. You may view and evaluate the product as you would in a physical store.
After you receive authorization for the return, you must ship the package to us within 14 business days.
The product must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging.
Returns should be securely packed, well taped, tear and leak proof.
The product must be returned complete (including accessories).
What products cannot be exchanged or returned?
Consumables such as lamps, batteries and liquids
Vouchers or coupons
Items that have been received for more than 14 days
Customized items cannot be returned.
Items that are used, damaged or incomplete
Items that are missing packaging
Underwear or lingerie
If we receive any of the above items back, we will not process those returns. In addition, the customer is responsible for shipping costs if we return this item to the customer.
Not satisfied with the purchase but have used the product?
If there are signs of use, missing parts or accessories, and damaged packaging, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.
Have you received a negative decision from our returns department? Then a maximum of 50% of the purchase price can be refunded or the product will be returned to the customer. In the latter case, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
In order to complete your return, we need the confirmation email of your order.
Please do not return your purchase to the address listed on the package, but to the address you receive when you request the return.
In certain situations, only a partial refund will be issued:
Book with significant signs of use
CD, DVD, video cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has already been opened.
An item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, not due to a defect.
Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same, please email email@example.com with your exchange request.
To return your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping valuable items, you should consider a shipping service with Track & Trace or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
